• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

📦 Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reliable services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

💰 Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹20,000.
• For orders below ₹20,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied.
• Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); all orders must be prepaid.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can use this tracking ID on the courier partner's website to check your shipment status anytime.

❓ If Your Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Damaged

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.
• In case of lost or damaged packages, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement/refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

📍 Pincode Serviceability & Delivery Limitations

• We deliver to most pincodes across India.
• If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be informed at the time of order placement.
• We currently do not deliver to remote or restricted areas.

🌏 International Shipping

• At present, Zwankee Global ships only within India.
• We are working to expand our international shipping options soon.
