✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must raise a request within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Only orders with valid proof of damage/defect are considered.
- Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged products.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized, branded, or altered products
- Size issues for wholesale orders (Please confirm size charts before ordering)
📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share the Order ID, product details, clear photos of the defect/damage, and the reason.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 working days.
🔁 Conditions for Approval
- The issue must be genuine (wrong item, damage, or quality defect).
- Returns will be approved only if our QC team verifies the condition of the returned product.
- For exchanges, stock availability will be confirmed before approval.
⏳ Processing Time
- Approved returns/refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 5–7 working days of product approval.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged item): We'll cover return shipping.
- In all other cases, including rejections: Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
⚠️ Special Notes
As a wholesale platform, we do not offer trial-based returns.
- Slight color variation due to lighting/screen may not qualify as a defect.
- Zwankee reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy terms.
